How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Each bundle is carefully prepared by hand, including custom colouring, blending and quality checks to ensure a premium finish.
This preparation is usually completed within our processing timeframe, but may take longer for speciality colours.
How long does international delivery take?
This is the updated one - International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 4-6 working days after dispatch. Free shipping on US orders over £260 ($355).
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

How long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery — 3–5 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail. Costs £5.99, free on orders over £500.
Express delivery — 1–2 working days after dispatch. Costs £12.99. Subject to order time, stock availability and demand.
