I deliberately waited three weeks to write this review. I wanted to see how the hair functioned in my real life. I’ve had beautiful hair right out the packet that turned to dreadlocks a week later. The first thing is that the hair looks good out of the packet. My hairdresser commented on the quality and asked for the link to buy for herself. You also get some little goodies which work really well with the hair. I’m an exercise girlie, so I have done long distance running, strength workouts, been to parties where I have been jumping up and down for hours, played Jouvert (if you know you know) and took part in Notting Hill Carnival. The hair, three weeks post install and after all that ,still stunning! I actually think I prefer it now than at first install. The hair does not Matt at all. The ‘tangling’ from day to day life requires gentle brushing from the ends and some oil and back to new. ‘Shedding’ is so minimal. I have brushed this hair at the end of a day and there might be one or two strands. Washing it brings it back to life, like new. The curls pop and it stays moisturised. Nighttime routine, - twist in 2 or 4. In the morning, run your hands through and go. The products recommended for us with it are accessible for everyone. It’s not the really expensive stuff. I cannot recommend this hair highly enough. I never thought boho braids could make my life as easy as having regular braids. This does! Yes, it’s more expensive than some but the quality is unmatched. I’m already planning my next purchases although I don’t know when that will need to be.

The texture of the hair is amazing and I have washed the install several times without it tangling.
